Our mansion is a one-of-a-kind experience for your private event! We provide the tables, chairs and either black or white tablecloths. The best part is, we set them all up for you! If your party is 50 or fewer, the mansion’s first floor is your perfect fit. You’ll have access to our parlor, conservatory, library, and den for your event. Use of our prep kitchen is included. For cleanup, all you have to do is take out what you brought in, we do the rest!
Private, non-wedding events are booked at $500 for 5 hours.
Additional custom options are available.
A special rate of $450 is available for Niles and Trumbull County residents.
Celebration Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests. Use the two 86″ TV monitors to display a slideshow, special video presentation, logo, or your guest of honor’s name!
NON-WEDDING events are booked at $1,000 for 6 hours.
Tablecloths are not included but are available to rent from us or you may provide your own. Additional custom options are available.
