Our mansion is a one-of-a-kind experience for your private event! We provide the tables, chairs and either black or white linens. If your party is 50 or fewer, the mansion’s first floor is your perfect fit. You’ll have access to our parlor, conservatory, library, and den for your event. Use of our prep kitchen is included and a 70″ monitor is also available for your use.
Private, non-wedding events are booked at $400 for 5 hours.
Additional custom options are available.
A special rate of $350 is available for Niles and Trumbull County residents.
Celebration Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests. Use the two 86″ TV monitors to display a slideshow, special video presentation, logo, or your guest of honor’s name!
NON-WEDDING events are booked at $600 for 5 hours.
Table linens are not included but are available to rent from us or you may bring your own. Additional custom options are available.
A special rate of $550 is available for Niles and Trumbull County residents.
