Answers to your questions

What’s included with our rental?

We include tables, chairs, black or white linens, and chair covers. Set up of chairs and tables by our staff is also included. There will also be an Estate Liaison present during your wedding or event to answer questions, assist you when needed, and help direct your other vendors accordingly. Weddings include 2 getting-ready rooms located on the second floor. If alcohol will be served at your wedding, security is also included at no additional cost.

Do we have to hire bartenders?

The short answer is, yes. The reason is that we allow you to purchase and bring your own alcohol for your event therefore it must be served by an insured bartender or bartending service. We do not allow anyone with a guest count over 50 to serve themselves. You may provide any type of alcohol you choose but no shots are allowed at any time for any reason. All liquor must be served in a mixer and with ice.

Is there a kitchen for caterers?

Yes! We have a prep kitchen with stainless steel tables, a commercial fridge, and 3 bay sink. It is not commercially rated at this time so all food must be prepared off-site until we receive our certification.

Speaking of catering, is that something you provide?

Not at this time. However, that means you are free to choose the caterer you would love to work with! We can provide you with a list of our favorites 🙂

Can we host a rehearsal dinner at the Estate?

If you have selected the Weekend Away Package that includes both Friday and Saturday use of the Estate, then yes! If not, we can give you a list of some wonderful locally-owned restaurants that would be wonderful hosts for your rehearsal dinner.

What type of tables do you have?

We provide 60″ round tables with black or white tablecloths. These can sit up to 8 comfortably and 9 if your guests are close 🙂 We also have rectangle tables for your head table, sweetheart table, buffet, gift, and dessert tables.

Can I use my own linens?

Yes! You may bring and use your own linens. If you want something other than the black or white we offer, we can provide you with other colors and options for an additional cost.

Can I use my own officiant?

Again, the answer is absolutely yes! If you’ve chosen our 1940s package, we do include an officiant so it’s one less thing for you to worry about! However, you are more than welcome to choose your own 🙂

Do you have a list of vendors you love to work with?

We do and we are more than happy to share it with you when you book with us! Joshua Isley, the owner, has been in the wedding field for 25 years and has met some wonderful vendors and will be more than happy to help!

Do I have to use your vendors?

You do not have to use any vendor from our list. We are all about you and what you want for your wedding. We are here to assist you and make it easier and less stressful for you.
